Item removed because of VeRO

As you can see in the screenshot below, my listing was removed due to VeRO. I listed this item just today and got immediately removed( I got a sale before removing that means this product has some potential )
My question is why eBay removed my listing even though other sellers sell the same item ?! why didn't they remove these sellers listing?

There are lister tools that will alert you for vero before uploading it.

i believe its just a matter of algorithms , if your account is new you will be in the black list and even if you uploaded a visical product you can get banned , you need to make your account little old first

Well you cant sell copyright stuff,nothing you can do about it.

If you are blatantly selling illegal copies of software on eBay then you will eventually be taken down. You can lessen the risk by first building up your account and aging it while you sell less risky items- but eventually they will always stop you.
