http://www.limeproxies.com/ has over 5,000 IPs from Italy according to their site. I believe their owner is a member here as well so check The Marketplace and you might be able to find their thread for a discount coupon if there is one or anything. I'm not really sure off hand who else offers Italian proxies but I was at their site recently and noticed they offer quite a few countries so maybe check them out.
