The cost per gmail account is around 0.10$ for the creation ( proxy + number )
But the same gmail accounts can be repurposed for other things or sold for around 0.70$ each
So yes it is possible to provide installs for $0.01 per install because it's extra income when gmail accounts stay in your inventory for a while
