Hey man, yeh these situations can be quite frustrating as Facebook may not be as precise as you want them to be to direct you with clear answer, leaving you in the hanging. I suggest you getting a rented exiscale ageing account, they offer replacements on any restricted ad accounts within the day so you don't have to through this loop of waiting without any insurance to get your ads back approved. This is 100% Normal Man, here's a few solutions, But first you must find out why you got banned, because if not you will always get banned for the same reasons and its something you're doing, But here's what you should do...
1- Contact FB support and ask for an appealing cause sometimes the ban is done by AI, So if your account is ok, it will be restored.
2- Create a new page and start again with avoiding what you think may caused the ban and see if the accounts go well.
