It really sucks ...

I am a new affiliate for forex products. I opened my website about 3 three months ago. I put much effort in coding and design (you can see my website here: bit.ly/RwJtmU

I offer many Clickbank products in my shop. I am very happy with the growth. As you can see I earned $370 commissions last week. My best week so far.

BUT ... nearly every customer gets a refund. It really, really sucks.. As soon as someone purchases a product it takes 2 - 3 and the order get refunded.

I am very depressed :-(

Sorry to hear that. Keep pushing different products until you find something with a low refund rate. Also try other affiliate schemes away from clickbank where it's more difficult to get a refund.

Have you tried promoting Vladimir's forex product via clickbank? It's a quality product with recurring comish.

Yes, one subscription is still active another got refunded also :-(

I don't have any suggestions as this isn't really my thing. But I give you credit for your site though, it looks really good! And looking at the code tells me it's not Wordpress. Did you code this from scratch? If you did that's awesome. Even if you didn't it's still awesome. Don't give up and keep trying!

If you have sales, means you have some traffic, you probably just need to send your traffic better products like what 2spoons recommended. Good luck!

As for a problem I'm right now researching clickbank products myself and to say honest as a buyer I would't buy any of them they seems sketchy ! Some landing pages are just plain awful ! I'm still looking for good product to promote.
I suggest look for products with good reviews, do you get like a copy of product from seller before you promote it ?
( yesterday i was told to ask for a copy as affiliate - I contacted 3-5 vendors still no response...)
If a buyer buy's X product and it doesn't accomplish quality needs they just get refund it sucks, because some use that dispute and you can't do nothing about it !

To be honest your problem lies in the niche you are promoting - it is NOTORIOUS for high refund rates.

You seem to have good web design skills and since you are making sales then you are able to get good traffic...so how about looking into a different niche?

I've been in the health niche for years now and refund rates tend to be 5% or lower (unless you pick a really crap product). Conversion rates are among the highest on clickbank too as people are desperate for a solution.

Selecting affiliate products with a low refund rate (5% or lower) should always be a required part of your planning, to keep your headaches low. Some programs (like Rapbank) list the refund rate straightforwardly with every listing to make the evaluation process easier.

Thank you. Yes, it's not wordpress and yes, I did my codings from a scratch. The basic was Opencart but I modified it strongly to make an complete affiliate shop out of that.

Thank you. No, you cannot buy such a website. There is a lot of custom coding work in it. Price should be several hundreds of dollars. I never thought about that so far.

Yes, I developed in for Forex because I trade Forex by myself. So I know this niche best. But it should be possible to change this website template into another niche. You suggest health? I will think about that. Are there also enough products to promote?

Yes. i can make such websites and yes I am fucking around with forex I never though about the price. It should be some hundred dollars ...

Thank you for your hint. I don't know anything about Rapbank. I will take a look at it.

Well, I am not familiar with SEO that much but I can recode such a website into a digital market place. I thought about doing such a work for the SEO niche. So people can offer their SEO services through my website ... What do you think? It does not have anything to do with clickbank anymore but should be a nice idea. Or is there any other niche for such a digital marketplace?

I think you should check clicksure.com and clickbetter.com they have many offers with forex with no refund and zero reserve.

This. Try to promote products that aren't useful only for few days (such as PDFs or ebooks), refund rates are much much lower.

Sounds like a there is a difference between what your site says about the product and the truth.

People feel like they're scammed. Forex niche is still better than MMO, and you can keep low refunds if you know what you're promoting.
