It looks IG don't trust outlook email not that much

My setting was Iphone and repeated delete and install IG app whenever I make acc

My understanding is the next - instgram app puts keys in keychain => after reinstall they are already there => accounts connected
Correct me if i'm wrong

Because of curiosity i've tried to init 5 accounts this way on non-jb iphone8 throught phone number from grizzlysms, result - i received sms code 0 times

Outlook is fine; its rambler they have slight issues with. However, Outlook, Gmail and Firstmail are good to use.
 
Yeah, Outlook tends to trigger stricter checks on Chinese platforms. Gmail usually passes easier.

Using phone numbers is a good move — just make sure they’re clean and not reused too much.
If possible, match IP + region + number (same country vibe), it helps avoid those “prove you’re human again” loops.

This problem may occur occasionally, you can complete it and move forward.
 
As you said, Instagram is incompatible with Outlook because of the extremely high rate of spam accounts originating from it. Switching to a phone number is the right approach, but you should prioritize physical SIMs or Phone Verified Accounts over virtual numbers to avoid being immediately flagged

Yes. Gmail usually has a smoother flow. Switching to numbers might not really solve it though, since most platforms care more about overall behavior patterns than just the email type. If anything, slowing down the creation process and spacing things out usually helps more than changing providers
