Hello,

One question :) Is this worth to buy domain like this?:

It have backlinks from EDU and GOV. It was a forum engine so there is a lot of RD from big sites in my country. 90% of anchors are brand.

Just curious. What would you do with domain like this? PBN, even if this is not in category related? It have backlinks from forums about health, motorcycles, etc.

Sorry, this look like a really noob question but I'm searching for PBN expired domains in my country and found this. Trying to learn something.

for so many links, not much traffic, is the site offline?

assuming site is offline this seems very strong, and you can do anything with such power (after auditing the links).
 
what the trust score?
any adult links or Chinese links?
what was the last website look like?

if all above ok worth a shot.

if the last website Wes full on adverts and full of spammy crap dont bother.
 
Not much to go around. It might very well be spammed to death, penalized or otherwise toxic. If you want, send me a PM and I will take a look, because I've had too much wine and feel like a Samaritan.
 
If anchor text isn't spammy and Domain is indexed(Which is acc. to ahrefs), It's a Good Domain to buy.

There are about 2,600 referring domains, which might sound good. But there are over 49,000,000 backlinks coming from those domains. That's an avergage of close to 20,000 backlinks coming from EACH domain. Does that seem legit?


 
At first glance it looks like a good domain but once you dig deeper, I'm sure you'll find that it isn't. Check the internet archives to see what has been posted on it recently. Check google "site:URL Here" to see if it has been deindexed. Check majestic.com to see the scores. Check moz to see the scores. Check the anchor tags to see if there is any presence of non-english tags. Etc etc. 50 million links from 3k urls seems insanely off-balanced if it were a legit domain that hasn't been spammed to death
 
This domain can be spammed to death, considering it was a forum - they are ofter spammed and interlinked between other forums.
 
I arleady saw spammed to death websites and it itsn't. It have few "bad anchors" but it is because that was forum and someone add thread like "homes LA" but it is very small percentage and not much links. Didn't look closely at backlinks but most of them are from big DR sites in footer (as I said this was forum engine so it links naturally to the owner of the engine). >4k pages indexed in google.

Anyway, billing period is finished, I added it to some domain catcher but I'm pretty sure that other people ale looking for it too so this is very small possibility that I will win this battle :) I was just curious how this is even possible that domain like this is expired. Maybe I will find more gems in my country :))

When I will lose or win then I will post domain adress.

With just the data provided, it looks pretty solid to me. You could run it through SpamZilla and check out the historic data etc.

If there was a forum and you will not back all the forum pages for which pointing backlinks,
Google will cancel their power - it's because content which was "liked" by those backlinks disappeared.

My suggestion is: create forum again and sell it.
Then invest in related to your niche good assets.
