when you get a really good idea for a site and some d bag is squatting on a domain and pretty much any good variation of it.

Especially when its not parked or some crap with search ads. ....its just nothing....like seriously do something.

I wish I could've been there in the late 90's thinking of good domain names... Too bad I was born in 1999

Its so obvious... Smart domainer never park their good and brandable domains to prevent reverse domain hijacking.

because big corporations when they find interest on ur domain they may claim that domain is infringing their trademark right or very similar to their products name, and if that domain were parked and an AD from a similar product of plaintiff was being shown under your domain name, that corporation has a strong evidence to hijack ur domain for some stupid reason such as trademark infringement, using domain in bad faith and bullshit like this, so the best thing to do with good brandable domain is just show nothing ( a blank page) and waiting for a buyer to contact you through Whois database.
