I know there are ways to get iStockPhoto's for free but I'm willing to pay just to avoid any potential legal issues down the line.
This might be a dumb question but here goes...
With iStock you can purchase credits OR do a monthly subscription
In my case I would be looking at getting about 10 photos...
Most of the photos I like are about 3 credits each so in total I would need about 30 credits
The closest credit package iStock sells would be 36 credits which is $325
iStock also has a monthly plan where you can download 10 photos in a month for $99
If I do 1 month for $99, download my photos and then cancel there's no repercussions, right?
Once I pay for those photos I own them forever... right?
I realize there are some limitations but beyond that I think I can use them forever (within the standard license limitations)
I can't understand WHY anyone would just buy the credits in this scenario...
Unless iStock is hoping the person is too lazy to cancel so they get the rebill or it's very difficult cancel
