I am new at BH, but I have been reading some threads here and there for a while, and I have always been impressed with some of you guys.
My background isn't tech so I am having a hard time with getting my SpotX fill rate (below 40%) which i have never had since having this website.
I am getting a lot of time outs whether vast or vpaid, as well as not being able to see ads served on browsers other than chrome.
could this be a player issue? (i have JW).
I have contacted spotx but not much is happening as it is taking forever with the email back and forth.
Can anyone on here please help me with this?
