Issues with Reddit tool

I've run into a snag with an upvote tool I built a few months back. The upvotes stick, however accounts that I create get banned fairly quickly. The accounts had been humming along for months, but they don't survive near as long.

Have any of you noticed the same thing? Were there any Reddit announcements for changes (Doubt it, as the algorithm is closed source)?
