Issues with Proxies on Instagram: Need Proxies with Different IP Ranges

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing some significant issues while using multiple proxies with similar IP ranges on Instagram. Due to Instagram's security measures designed to prevent unnatural behavior and misuse, I'm encountering several problems when many connections originate from similar IP addresses. These issues include:

  1. Account Suspensions: Instagram flags suspicious activities and suspends accounts that access the platform from these IP addresses.
  2. Rate-Limiting: The platform imposes limits on the number of allowable requests from specific IP addresses.
To give you an idea, here's my current proxy list:

Could anyone recommend a proxy service for this? Is this actually the problem? Appreciate any help..

try proxy that has domain name in it, so it will be a dynamic proxy with a wider proxy ip range
 
You could try rotating residential proxies which would give you real IP's from real users. They will rotate however but if you use sticky sessions targeting a single city per account it should raise less red flags
 
As mentioned already in this thread, you'll probably want to use a rotating proxy. This means you'll be able to rotate the IP address (on an interval or manually) essentially getting you as many IPs as you want.

You might find either mobile or residential proxies could work for your use case. An advantage with mobile however is that sites such as Instagram are less likely to block IPs or ranges as they are shared by a large number of (legitimate) users simultaneously.

There's tons of providers on the Proxies for Sale section in the BHW Marketplace. Take out some free trials, do some testing and see what works best for your needs!

Hey! Similar IP ranges never lead to blocking. That's a fact because there aren't that many IP (IPv4) options out there, and many are similar to each other. They might share the first two numbers but belong to different countries and completely different owners. Instagram knows this well.

Instagram blocks IPs not because they have similar ranges, but because the IPs themselves are compromised. This often happens with data center proxy IPs and sometimes even with some residential ones.

I agree with PrestigeUK that you should try another proxy provider and best go with mobile proxies.

if the entire range gets blocked like this 176.103.0.0 - 176.103.255.255
then you will require dif ip ranges mixed

Unique Mobile Proxy for every phone? Want to have 5 Accounts on each phone, so how many Accounts is good for a mobile one?

Also - I do think the IP's got linked somehow. Maybe not with IP Range, but still somehow. I disabled literally everything to not link Accounts, but the IP was similar. Accounts got suggested to each other, etc.
