Issues with FTP Transer

Not sure if this is right location to post this so forgive me if I am wrong. Anyway , Im trying to upload something to my host via FTP but a particular sub/add-on domain whatever folder isn't showing. I just got the FTP properly cooperating and all the other site folders are showing in the public html folder except the one I am looking to access. I even tried typing in in manually and it says it doesn't exist. I check in Cpanel its there but not available in FileZilla. If anyone could offer some assistance on how to fix this problem. It would be greatly appreciated as I have been searching the big G and YT but nothing is matching my situation accurately.

Are you sure that the folder that you are trying to access is in the /public_html folder and not the root directory?

Is there content currently in the folder? Is it accessible though the web browser?

Did you try right clicking in Filezilla and creating the folder that way? Does it give you an error?

Yes the folder is in the public_html folder. yes its accessible through a browser. I can create the folder by right clicking but its an empty directory. No errors. And after taking a closer look about 3 of my other sites don't show up either. I went ahead and transferred the file I needed via FTP in the public_html (analytic program) and it shows a folder for it on FZ but nothing new in cP. Is it possible FZ is communicating with another server or something? I know the servers were transferred over earlier in the month but I can't access those through cP anymore so I wouldn't think thats the problem. I appreciate any further assistance you can offer.

I figured it out. Im not sure where it was previously communicating but I tried logging on by IP instead of url and everything I was looking for came up.
