Issues with Cupid?

Have any of you been having issues with Cupid's affiliate program?
I was working fine, but I tried to log in the other day and it told me my password was incorrect. Even though I knew it was correct, I used their forgotten password tool to reset my password. didn't get an email.

I tried multiple times with no luck. The next morning I tried it again and it sent the new password right away. I logged in and all was good. Then two days later, same thing only it has now been a couple of days and no luck. I have tried emailing their support, but no response.

Have any of you had issues like this with them? I'm not doing anything against their TOS, so I;m not sure what the deal is. I will probably call them even though they are in the UK and it will cost me.

I signed up with them the other day and to my utter amazement all their contact us links give sent message failures in my yahoo account. A total wreck of a program, it seems, that claims to host the becoquin affprog but it's not even on the list. So I message them from inside the web, from outside to cpasales at cupid, and no one disgraceful failure after another.

Plus its a hasoffers template!
