Since I am new to this area, please tolerate me.

I have some questions

1. I have seen people are selling back-links on high DA, PA sites. Can't we create those things by our own? ex- like forbes.com. Can't I get a backlink by posting or commenting by our own ?

2. Some sites have more than 10,000 backlinks, are those naturally built one's ?

3. Does every web 2.0 gives do follow backlinks ?

Also, if the prices for those domains are high, there is a reason for that. The market is usually well informed and understands pricings
