Issues with adding card to bingads

I am having some major issues with adding card to bingads accounts. Here i am only talking about physical plastic cards not vcc's. I tried adding those cards for few countries borrowing them from different friends but to my luck nothing is working out.

I have tried using

1) vpn/vps/http proxy.
2) visa/mastercard/amex
3) dynamic ip/static ip
4) cards from US/CA/AU/IN/NZ

Tried everything i could but looks like i am still missing out on something. Any suggestions or advice?

Same here. Accounts get suspended as soon as I create them for me, Although if you mean being able to add cards. I was successful in doing that

@ proxified - are you trying to use the same cards repeated times? I am fairly sure once a card is used on a suspended account, then it's game over for using that card again.
