Issues: Duplicate Content & Title

I think my site is not ranking well because of Duplicate content & title tags. Is there a way to fix this error. I have tried 301, downloadrobot metag and seo no duplicate content, & have all in one plug-in but I am still getting the same error.

Why not just add a ton of unique content, title tags etc?

I will suggest you hire good content writer and write unique content with using keyword, you should be use Meta description in 150-160 char, 10 keyword and title in 68 char.

Yep, it's better if you hire a good content writer for your site and for title tags, make sure that all of your major keywords are well inserted on title. Do not put bulk keywords just the major or important ones that is relevant for every page. Make sure to check every page you can use, website auditor from (link-assistant.com) try the free version and do some on page analysis.

Use copyscape and just make changes to the part that are copied.. get smart, you don need to change the whole content or if you wish to do.. outsource your content to the writers.
