Create one account on the Virtual Machine. Then connect another IP to that virtual machine, and use it to make the second account... and so on. Use other precautions for not getting detected (read my first post, and Honeybard's/Helty's posts too). Use Tor for the browser. You could use Tails for the VM's operating System.

If you use Tor, cookies will be least of your worries. Once you close it, your cookie is gone forever.

i see i thought ebay needs to check the cookies on my computer ill try that
