Issue with indexing/ranking

Hi,
I have a problem.
I launched 2 amazon affiliated websites on the same day.
I applied the same strategy for both website.
Same writer for both of them.
Keywords are all below 28KC. All my posts have keyword within 1% - 2%
I checked with semrush and moz and they didn't find any big issue.
First site is ranking without problem. No problem at all with getting my posts indexed in Google.
Second site have issue with indexing posts. One day all my posts are indexed and the next day nope. Checking by typing site:mydomain.com
I checked on Google webmaster and no issue found by google.
I used google webmaster to reindex all my posts and they were indexed for 4 days and now I'm checking and some are not on google anymore.
Both domains are new domain without any history.
First website have keyword already on Page 2 for respective keywords but for the second, absolutely no evolution.
Funny thing is that I'm targeting very easy keywords for the second website but I'm totally stuck as of right now.
They both have a little less than 1 month.
Anyone knows why the second website is doing all of this ?

I think the issue is that there's no confirming that the same strategy is going to work for every site. Ultimately Google is going to have a huge list of sites waiting to be indexed and ranked appropriately, I suggest you wait a few more days and then see the outcome. You have to remember the every keyword has an entirely different market.

I forgot to mention that I used google Webmaster exploration tool to index some posts because they were not after 2 weeks. All posts were indexed for few days and then disapeared again. So it seems like google have indexed them and then decided to remove them. This is kinda weird.

Do following:
-change your webmaster tools password (maybe someone is making fun of you?)
Then answer questions:
-do the pages have any kind of unique content?
-did you copy paste any part of content from other pages or you just use plugins to strip the offers?
-did you checked robots and htaccess files on your server? Did you checked for no-index or no-follow?
-did you installed some cracked plugins?

Small list but it will help to find the solution.

- I changed my password
- All posts have unique content
- I didn't made any copy/paste from other websites
- both websites are on the same server
- No cracked plugin and same wordpress theme on both website

I begin to think that I maybe need to give this website some time.

Something weird also, the hello page (the page that come when you install wordpress) is still indexed. I deleted this page like 5 minutes after I installed wordpress.

Yeah, then just keep building social signals and bookmarks to them and double check robots, htaccess and nofollow/index. If this will still be de-indexed within 1-2 weeks, then get back and me or some other seo guys can have a look quickly.

I ran my website through wayback machine and found out that someone used it one August 215 and someone else too on 2014.
When checking my website through semrush or Moz, no backlinks at all.
Do you think that all the issues I have with this domain are related to his history ?

Well it could be something from the past, but to be honest, you never really can tell with google. I build sites with 1000's of pages. Sometimes I get just about everything indexed. Other times I see sites that max out at like 300-400 pages. No rhyme or reason other than Google is a fucking bitch!

You can throw a few authority type links at it and see if that helps, but to be honest I've seen that do jack shit too. And I'm talking brand new domains with no history on my end. I'm currently testing with using older domains that haven't dropped yet (like godaddy auction ones) to see what's up. That looks more promising. Other than that, the only thing I can recommend is throw 3 to 4 domains at a time out there. If one or two get indexed well, you're good to go. Forget the rest and move forward. Why kill yourself trying to figure it out when you can spend a few bucks on domains hit it with one? The key, of course, is hitting it with that ONE! LOL...

It is what it is...Google is a bitch who's used to getting what she wants when she wants. And there's only so much you can do about it. Roll with the punches and keep on testing till you find "some" kind of solution.

Not likely, history is not that important if you do some proper link building. It can help or it can be obstacle but with very little power.
Even if you have some 301s pointed to it still (like through url shorteners) with bunch of links, the power of them will be minimal. So small, that you can easily neutralize them with few good authority links that can be done manually by someone on Fiverr for $15-20.
Also old links should not cause de-indexation, so just wait a week and see then. My bet would be that there is something in your onsite that Google does not like.
Just to be 100% sure, can you Google your domain and confirm that there is no "This website might have virus" notification next to it?
And then run it through this to check if there is anything wrong with it:
http://www.urlvoid.com/

If any history of detection will indicate virus, then that's good enough to get a domain deindexed rather quickly.

if you want me to check it, feel free. i guess it's just a case of the site being new and not having enough backlinks. try those free pinging services and see how it goes.

My website is showing up on serps for some of my keywords. All on 100+ position.
This site is really slow to rank.
Something weird, I deleted the hello post 1 month and 15 days earlier but this post is ranking at 108th position on google for my main keyword. This post doesn't even exist. I'm submitting my sitemap to google but they just don't care I guess. Theu want this non existing post to be on serp !

one site ranking out of two is quite good imo. ditch the second one or use it for something else. do not waste time, if you are not likely see any results. remember 80/20 and all the best.

you could also be more aggresive on the second one, more backlinks, less control, and see if there is any reaction

For the first 3 or 4 months you'll face these issues. Then as the site builds reputation it begins to stabilize and to draw in more constant traffic.
