Issue with Identity Confirmation Page on Facebook Ads Account

Try it from a mobile device. I had the same issue with my main Facebook account, but when I tried from an iPhone, the verification went through successfully.

Maybe your IP address is having problems. Try changing to a new IP address and try again. If it is still the same, you should send an email to Facebook support team to get your account back.
 
You can contact FB support to see where the hole is to handle it. If not, you can change the ID.
