Issue with Google Ad Keywords

Does anyone know why this happens? I've tried everything suggested like increasing budget (up to $5k), etc.
This happens on all accounts I've tried. Meanwhile, other competitors seem to be getting their ads up on the same specific keyword with no problems, within less than a day.

Any replies appreciated.

Excuse me, I noticed that some keywords show add not relevant and low landing pages experience. I should change ads text and make some changes on landing pages but I have a question. I seem that Google ads take about 14 days to re-evaluate landing pages and take changes into account. If I got good quality withe page should I delect the actual campaign and make another on the same domain? Or should I change domain so Google re-evaluate my website? Sorry I'm new to all this.

No, leave it the same campaign and just adjust the landing page and headlines & descriptions if you don't want to spend too much just lower your budget and give it some time google ads is not a sprint it's a marathon
