I am doing Facebook pages for Fiverr. A did a nice design and sent it to this guy. He is asking for a an image for the profile as well and also a "like" button at the top of the design

What can I do not to get this guy to give me bad rep?

Should i tell him straight up that it will cost more?

I am already providing a hell of a service and he is asking for more.

What a twat! Any advice would be great!

I had some trouble with morons who think that they can buy the whole world with 5$.

Anyway you should tell him nicely that you already did your job and what you said you will, if he give you a bad rep you give him one to and write down on the wall when you give him a bad rep as to a buyer what he asked and that he is a dick for that.

I did that and i dont have changes in sells only my rep is now 99% ok not 100% , you dont need to worry people will check your comment and after all if you are a really good seller you will have people who will come back every week, after all i have made over 500 sells on fiverr and 70% of them are always return for more and they are satisfied always.

A little tip before i finish this, always have a service which you can easily over deliver, cause if your gigs are on the edge of to much work for 5$ then you gonna be bonned in your ass from greedy customers like you are now, its only my opinion, thats why i changed descriptions for my gigs. :)

Oh yeah i saw that you asked should you ask for more money, dont do that he will use that against you and he can report you to fiverr staff, they are dicks also so watch out, do this job without if you cant talk him out and then change your rules for gigs as i said above.

I think no matter what you try to do it looks like he going to give you bad rep anyway.

    Simple mate:

Tell straightly to the point that it will cost more because that's not included in the job description.

Tell him that you did what you have promised in your gig and that he will need to do the extra stuff by himself or pay someone to do it. If he leaves a bad rep you can send a message to the fiverr support and explain your problem and they will remove the bad rep because its unreasonable. I had this problem as well and the support removed the bad reps + gave the guy a warning as well, hehe.

Im a Top Seller in fiverr, if you ask me about how to handle these guys, i recommend you to click on mutual cancel order.. because its a waste of time to work with such buyers, they will be never satisfied! They need to have the whole world for 5$ lol

I think you need to tell him politely that you cant do any extra work on the fan page for that gig but you would be happy to set up another gig for the extra stuff he wants. If hes still not happy then go for the mutual cancel order.

Mutual cancellation is good when you haven't delivered the stuff yet and you want to avoid stress. But when you have delivered already and the customer is bitching around I wouldnt use mutual cancellation because this is basically what they want - they get the service for free without even paying their measly $5. There should be a blacklist of fiverr customers that one needs to avoid lol.

Can't understand why people want a seller to do everything in $5!Is that all they have to spend? In $5,make fanpage, cook food, drive them to office, etc etc. Then they will SUCK that $5 and will leave a +ve review...may be

If you have mentioned in your gig description that you will create a facebook page ,then you have to provide a profile image. If you mention that you have to give me profile image, then you can simply ask for more money.

I have one question about Fiverr rating. My services on Fiverr have very good quality. I got orders every day, even now, when the search system sux. So my competitors do not like me. Today i got my first negative feedback. I didnt check the customer profile and i didnt know, he is a competitor. I have 55 positive feedbacks, but now my rating is 98%. If i rate him as a buyer with negative feedback my rating will be 99% or again 98%? I really wanna be a top rated seller one day. Do you think i have a chance with 1 negative feedback?

Fiverr customers are the worst customers in the world especially for design. You're getting 3.92 for a little bit of work and they have the gut to press the thumbs down button.
It's probably the only little bit of power they have in their lives.

Fiverr is great for things like twitter posts, small xrumer blasts (as the seller) but for design jobs not so much
