@EmonLusk my guess would be that your post is posted as private, and you will only see it when logging in as admin.

If you're using a Caching plugin on wordpress you probably have enabled option that disables cache for logged in users.
After you update/publish a post, click Purge/Clear cache and you will see your new posts in different browser too
Don't delete your website. Any problem can be fixedAlright so now. I made some theme changes just to check things and still no changes except when I press CTRL + F5. then I refresh the page and it goes back to how it was
before. I already have Cloudflare connected. Was using wp rocket but I disabled that now and deleted it. Tried other cache plugins. I changed the theme and still the same
problem. just sent a ticket to my host to see what they can do about it. I really don't want to delete the website and start again. I have backups so I can restore, however that will
be the last resort. Thanks for the help and recs
