Issue with Adsense

I personally wouldn't just in case you cancel this and they don't approve the other one. If your adsense account is still working than i don't think that is the issue it's most likely you vids. If they are not original content than it could be because of that because they would've banned your adsense account by now if that was an issue. My suggestion would be make a channel and put in a couple of original videos and see how long they last.

Just did a quick search. If your channel had previous strikes that adsense account can still live but you cannot use it to monitise youtube. This is what is happening to you everytime you associate your adsense to your new channel it becomes flagged. Best thing to do is create a new one under a new name and make sure nothing associates you back to your banned account

I think your Adsense is useless now, all channels will be down when you link with it. Get new one. Its easy. You can use same name and address. Just shorten your address a bit. Also you can use same IBAN etc.
