Issue with Adsense Payment

Hey Everyone,

here's my situation:
long time ago my adsense account was in debt for unknown reason, my money was took for "Other Debit" but ok, I thought I'm just gonna pay it off and everything will be fine, it's worth mentioning I tried contacting Youtube support but they just told me account has violation (??) they never got to me back with question violation i violated, anyways, month is may, i have my money in my balance which I received at the beginning of May and I should've received money between 21th and 26th day of the month, but i didnt. its the first time something like this happened to me. i decided to do some research and some people were claiming they didnt receive money because of this debit trash either. now i dont know what i should do in that case, i contacted adsense but idk if theyll ever get back to me

Start with a fresh account, they are very strict when it comes to violations.

I can't anymore, my website won't be approved second time.

Also, someone told me demonetization on youtube causes adsense money to be affected too, is it true though?
