issue sending crypto from Coinbase to Binance

I am having an issue with Binance account linking, so I bought Tether on Bitcoin and want to sent it to Binance to convert to Monero.
yet Coinbase doesn't recognize the wallet address even though i tried the process by changing the wallet a few times.
Anybody faced similar issue?

What could be a workaround?

OK, so you bought Tether, which means you bought USDT and you want to send it to Coinbase. Make sure that you are selecting the same network (example TRC20 network) for both sending from (perhaps Binance) and receiving at Coinbase.

Actually, vice versa. From Coinbase to Binance.
And yes, I selected the same network.
Yet, "address error".
So, what might be the issue? And the most important, solution?
 
I have not used Coinbase, but I just now researched to know that Monero (XMR) is not supported by Coinbase. Did you by any chance buy Wrapped Monero (WXMR) in Coinbase ? If so, then Binance does not support Wrapped Monero (WXMR). Binance however does support Monero (XMR).
You can do 1 thing. In Coinbase, convert your whatever [I guess Wrapped Monero (WXMR)] to USDT and then send USDT from Coinbase to Binance (make sure you select same network, such as trc20 for sending and receiving) and then in Binance, convert USDT to Monero.
By the way at localmonero dot co , you can buy Monero P2P (it has escrow, no KYC) and you can pay via a local bank transfer.

I bought Tether (USDT) on Coinbase and am trying (and flailing) to sent it to Binance to convert to Monero (XMR).
 
And I am not seeing where to select a network on Coinbase when Sending USDT from Coinbase to Binanace.

And you earlier mentioned "address error". Coinbase only supports USDT on the Ethereum blockchain (ERC20), so in Binance use the USDT receiving address for USDT network ERC20, it will start with 0x. Expect most probably high fees for the transfer.

@paalmtree (EDITED) to reply to you. See screenshot, in Binance for depositing USDT, click on "Select network", scroll down, you will see "Ethereum ERC20". Fees may be high because Ethereum ERC20 fees are generally higher than other networks.

when sending or receiving crypto on coinbase use ERC20 formant, you're probably using BEP20

I just signed up to all those exchanges. I am not seeing where to select it or change it. Yep, nob.

high fees because of selection of currency, or because of Coinbase fees overall?
