[Issue] How the FUCK do you clear fucking wordpress Cache?

I'm real fucking piss off right now.

I changed a lot of settings and even re-do the whole theme, but it just keeps showing the same old FUCKING cached version.
I've already tried the fucking "Delete Cache" button in the control panel and even access it from my VPS... but they all just show the same old fucking cached version. Is this got to do with my fucking host provider or?

If you have a cache plugin installed go to the plugin settings and delete the cache from there

use the w3cache wordpress plugin.

I had this problem in the past.
So:
Step 1: Clean the cache from your WP server. I think you use WP Super Cache.
Step 2: Clean the cache from your browser. EXAMPLE: if you use G Chrome, Click Up-Right Side ( under the exit button )- History-Clear All Browsing Data-Check ,,Delete Cache"-Clear Browsing Data.

Now, your cache must be deteled.
