[ISSUE] Custom Avatar & Profile Picture Doesn't Show Up

Hey I am interesting why the custom avatar and profile picture of mine doesn't show up? It's not more than 100x100 and 20kb. Also as you see I am a member here for more than 30 days and I have more than 50Q posts..

I've looked here for the answer, but I can't find out that, so I decided to start new thread. Looking forward for your answers and thanks in advance!
