Issue creating a single account

I'm using an old smartphone which I never had instagram installed, just formatted it and installed Facebook with a new account.
I'm trying to sign up for a new account with inatagram and it says some weird error:

"there's a problem signing you up right now. Please try again later. We restrict certain content and actions to protect our community".

Has anyone faced it? Any ideas how to overcome it?

I'd be very surprised if my ip was blacklisted for any reason, because it's my first try with instagram, I even never used it for personal use.

There was this one time where I had a virgin IP to create an IG account and I also received that message.

I solved this problem by changing my IP.
