Israel monetization struggle

Hello guys, I have a review post about a product that gets a lot of visitors from Israel but I can't see clicks nor commissions on my Amazon account. Could it be that Amazon does not count the clicks from Israel?

Prime shipping isn’t available in Israel for the simple reason that (at this time, at least) Amazon doesn’t have a fulfillment center in Israel, so 2-day shipping to Israeli customers would be prohibitively expensive.
Prime Video is available to Israeli customers (for $3/month), although the selection is more limited than what’s available to US customers. US customers can also watch Prime Originals in Israel (or anywhere else) with their existing Prime account.

That's what I intend to do, but I just wanted to know if anyone else is facing the same problem with Amazon.
