ISP vs static residential ? (soundcloud)

I'm working on making a Soundcloud Bot, I am new to proxies but I've done a bit of research and i have a question : do i go for static residential ? or do i go with ISP (since they're cheaper)?

the provider i almost bought from said "ISP proxies are Residential Home IPs hosted on a Data Center to give you the fastest Speeds possible with unlimited data.", so they're hosted on a datacenter, doesn't that mean Soundcloud can flag the bot or suspect it since the proxy is from a datacenter ? what do you think ?

my budget is tight so I'd rather go for ISP if the residential provide no added value.

if i use an ISP to access a website, does the website know the ip is from a datacenter, or does it think it's residential ?
 
because i know that using datacenter proxies are bad for bots, since you get suspected and flagged as bot
 
Residential IPs are definitely better, especially for web scraping.
 
SoundCloud is getting more strict with proxies but rotating residential proxies do the trick
 
OK thank you. Just to be sure because I want to know. Residential ips are always static, no rotating?

Residential proxies itself means from Residential ISP IP.

It can be static or rotating according to your proxy vendor. But usually Static are better for long term use cases like managing your accounts etc.

Residential rotating proxies based in the first world countries are much better imo
