Hi,

I need a Static ISP Residential Proxy, clean IP / low fraud score to access my personal PayPal account.

Thanks

Looking for an affordable solution.

I am fully aware of what bandwidth is but unsure on how much I would use for my usecase.

I am also aware that these can have lower fraud scores, however the price difference is significant when compared to ISP.

I thought that dedicated IPs should be used for PayPal, would this be the case with mobile proxies?

My Location requirements are mainly EU.

hey for accessing paypal accounts mobile proxies are often a better choice they have clean ips with a low fraud score and look more like real user connections plus they’re more flexible let me know if you want details go pm

mobile proxies work great even for paypal they come with clean ips and low fraud score plus they are flexible and can mimic real user behavior if you want more detail tell me

As long as your proxy gives you quality Residential IPs it should be fine. But yeah, mobile proxies would be excellent for it, not on the cheaper side those. You can check around the Marketplace section for that sort of thing, or post on the Want to Buy section if you haven't already.

I assume Mobile Proxies would keep rotating? Would a fixed IP not be required for my use case?

Our customers have been using Static ISP proxies instead of rotating which I think raises less red flags because the IP stays consistent

Typically and if you don't rotate the IP often prior to logging in (and if the rotated IPs are generally the same location and ISP) it should be fine. But yeah, for personal use, a good quality residential IP is pretty good.

Mobile or residential proxies can both work well for PayPal work. As mentioned already, you probably won't want a proxy that is rapidly rotating (especially if the IPs are from different locations). If you tell a proxy provider this requirement though they should be able to sort you out with something suitable - both mobile and residential proxies can be more than static enough for this use case.

There's tons of providers on the Proxies for Sale section in the BHW Marketplace. Find some providers offering proxies in the country you're after, take out some free trials, do some testing and see what works best for your needs!

Static proxies are your best choice, guy.

Have you found a suitable provider yet? Could you recommend one?

How about in cashapp while using from emulator or remotely accessing it outside USA? It shows not available in your region when I try to

if you’re trying to access cashapp outside the usa, it’s normal that it blocks you you need a 4g/5g mobile proxy us with a warm ip and a good fingerprint also avoid emulators cashapp has solid detection try using a real device + mobile proxy or you’ll get banned fast
