After doing some serious research, I gave up on setting up proxies myself. I went to a marketplace to look for proxies but got overwhelmed — there are just too many options. Can anyone share a few sources to buy EU ISP proxies? Thanks!

You need to post in Want to Buy section so people that are selling can send their offers.
 
Finding reliable EU ISP proxies can be a pain, but have you checked out any of the smaller providers that specialize in residential IPs? They often have better support too.

how is it pain bro? Not many providers ? Would you give any advise or providers ?
 
Most residential proxy providers allow you to setup proxies by region such as Europe.

Hard to make direct recommendations especially if it doesn't work out for you as expected. You could post on the Want to Buy section as advised so you can be approached with recommendations. Gotta follow the guidelines for posting there ofc, and make sure to include what you're looking for in the service you need (that should also narrow down your options to a shortlist of providers to consider depending on functionality and features).
