anyone know where to get USA residential or business ISP based proxies?

looking for dedicated and private ones, not GB based.

cant seem to find it anywhere, even proxies for sale, or want to buy!

What do you need those for? There might be better alternatives.
 
The only difficult thing to find here is IP payment based. Are you going to need a lot of traffic that you're avoiding being charged on it?

what do you even mean :P im confused on what youre asking.
 
I'm trying to say that USA proxies are easy to get and most companies offer them either Private or Shared, so there's no problem here. However, most of them also charge for GB of traffic, so this might be a bit more complicated.

I was also trying to figure out what do you need those proxies for. If it is not something that requires a lot of traffic, maybe GB charging is best in your case.
