ISP forwarded me "hacking complaint", is this from scrapebox proxy harvester?

Hello, I got an e-mail from ISP and in content was my IP and complaint about hacking attempt. Can someone tell me if proxy testing from Scrapebox can look like a "hacking" attempt, and what I can do to avoid my IP exposure.

First, check your computer thoroughly for any Viruses. Update your AV and run a full scan. Also filter your list with SB Malware and Phishing Filter addon before blasting to prevent any browser based attack. If your ISP is very serious in this matter, tell them you found lots of Virus in your system and the same is removed. As far as I know, using SB from your home PC don't trigger anything.
