ISP Blocked Sites What to Do..?

How to make site accessible to users if ISP blocked the site. User can access it through proxy but what if users don't know how to use proxy. How to make the site accessible to users if ISP blocked. If anybody can give a working solution I can pay for it. PM me.

I'm not sure I understood you correctly but here goes anyway.

If you are the owner of the site, it would be quite difficult to show your site to non tech-savvy users of an ISP that's blocking you. You can buy a new domain and turn it into a reverse proxy for your site, so your site appears to be mirrored on that domain as well. You would probably need to set it up on a different IP because they are probably filtering out both your domain and IP. And then you need to find a way to tell your old users that you have a new domain. And then wait until the ISP learns that you've done that and then block the new domain and IP and so on. If they really want to block you and are actively checking what is going on, they will always find a way to block you.

Btw there are many countries where doing something like that is considered a crime committed by the ISP and if that's the case, you can file a legal complaint as well and in many places it might actually work pretty quickly. Unfortunately, if an ISP is doing that, it's probably legal where they are.

There got to be a reason why they are doing it. You need to work around a solution for that. Contact ISP and find out what is with this blockade. Else they will always find a method to block it.

Try changing DNS to Googles.

If the ISP has blocked your site then you need to identify why.
Name the ISP and where your site is hosted.
It is unusual for an ISP to block a site unless it is legally required to do so.
