Greetings, I’m an iptv provider of an big iptv community. We have a lot problems with ISPs blocking our DNS so it affects our users mostly at UK, Malta, Italy, Spain. Can anyone suggest me what to do, I can’t tell my users to use VPN or 4G that’s too much complicated for them(most of them are old), so every work has to be done by my side.

Do the vpn option but pick a provider and do a step by step guide for your users, with screenshots. Make it as easy as possible

Only the DNS must be changed, not the IP address itself. There is an app called 1.1.1.1 from Cloudflare, which changes the DNS server, is only open once and click once. Then it works, good luck

Most apps have the option to add ovpn files on the app panel so a user can simply select the vpn option in the app. You can use an unlimited vpn package to use.

you could stop supplying dns to customers as that will help but ultimately it’s ISP throttling that they implement more often now as blocks are easily worked around and avoided and there is no way around that other than connect to a vpn in another country.

The system they use to find IPs now is by monitoring traffic spikes and scanning packets at certain times like just before 3pm kick offs in the UK so soon it will be a vpn dependant industry.

You can run DNS over HTTPS in your app then point to Cloudflare DNS 1.1.1.1

No need for your customers to know about it. You can even run your own DNS servers and point them to yours.

Good Luck
