ISO: Wordpress (PHP/HTML) & CSS Developer - Quick & Easy Job

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a developer that knows how to add/revise HTML within a current Wordpress Theme that is built under the Genesis framework.

This is a very quick and easy job, I'm just looking to replace the navigation bar with a different style.

I've already found the code for the style on W3Schools, it's just a matter of implementing it.

I'm not familiar with PHP, therefore, I am looking to hire someone who can get this job done for me at the most reasonable price and with the fastest Turn Around Time.
