I'm looking for a email service/vps that I can run around the clock, sending mass emails, I don't care if its an offshore server. Any info would be appreciated

What are the deliverability rates with these web hosts? I don't want to get prematurely banned and have to buy new hosting accounts....

How many e-mails can I safely send per day without getting flagged, blacklisted, or banned? I really appreciate some insightful answers and wisdom.

There are many variables why emails go to spam.
-No spf/dkim/rdns
-Too many messages from 1 IP
-Repeated messages
-Too many bounce email
-Your links are flagged as spam
-Many people mark your messages as spam
-Your server or ISP ip address are flagged as spam.
-Your email server is new (reputation)
-Html on body of messages
-Bad keywords on body of messages
