You can do that, your rankings will just bounce around for ages while Google examines each link and weighs it up against all the others to determine what's going on.

Simple rule of thumb, Google expect links to occur naturally, they have said this over and over again. It is NOT natural for you to go from 1 link to 300 links in 1 day.

It takes time for google to crawl it. Anyway, i don't think is a good ideea to get 100 backlinks in just one day...
