All good... you are welcome to your opinion and it certainly didn't cross the line.
Many of the staff you see on here work as volunteers as the forum has done wonders for us and it is only right to give back.

I've quite literally never looked at Alexa rank for anything.
On a slightly related note, I'm curious if it is quieter this time of year. More people spending time with their loved ones and folks newer to IM maybe telling themselves they'll start in the new year.

How do you know are BHW stats public?
I'm not basing this on what Alexa said that metric is meaningless but a guestimate would say an IM forum is quieter this time of year.
The thing is, the quality is good? I would have some doubt on that. And mods cannot do much, since they are not paid. (well they do in forms of free large pack reviews but yeah u get what i mean)
They at least have to implement the customer reviews to be sticky posts on a sidebar widget and REMOVE free review copies. And that won't fix that much because people are afraid to post their reviews since they don't want their backlinks removed/ negative SEO etc from the sellers.
The owners were offered so many FREE feedback how to fix the marketplace and they still keep the same structure.

I guess traffic is more, but competition is twice more based on services, price and quality.
So, some get more returns and some nearly no.

You have point mate but still whoever bought the service by paying can give wrong review and claim their money. Just see how many shit list approved and sellers are banned. The owner and moderator very well know that freebies won't last long only quality service.
so they should hire more mods, and if the seller wants the negative review investigated, a new mod will do the research on the matter.
cmon this is not rocket science
the owners only care for money, otherwise they would pay the mods in the first place.
