Probably Vapes, but I wouldn't say either of them help you quit (ultimately it depends on the person).

Definately zyns. And zyns too you can eventually come down to smaller pouches. I started zyns with 22mg nicotine and brought it down to 1.5mg.
Vapes are worse than cigarettes IMO.

For me, using vapes to quit smoking is just a scam. If you want to try vapes, it means you are not truly ready to quit smoking yet.
The friends around me who successfully quit smoking all did it by quitting directly, without relying on any other methods.

Zyn is generally considered the safer option.
