I just gone thru yt chanel called technical yogi ji

they are saying u want word earning in title or description,
u cant even put earning or cashback screenshot in video
u cant promote any app,not even urs


is it true?

They are getting strict. You have to follow their rules if you want to use their platform to make money.

I have not came across any official news but its much needed, some youtubers promoting illegal/fake gambling sites by showing money, depositing money and playing simple games to so the money gets doubled, promoting apps in the name of money earning apps misleading and making money with referrals and views

YouTube keeps making changes to their rules. You have to follow these changes.
 
Yeah, YouTube’s been really strict lately. If your content looks like it’s just hyping up earnings, cashback, or promoting apps (even your own), it can get flagged or demonetized. They’re not banning earning channels outright, but they’re definitely cracking down on anything that feels spammy or misleading.
