When my site had not yet received a penalty in 2022, I remember I had the same thing and it depended on whether you performed all these stinking web vitals. When I fell into the yellow zone in terms of site speed, the video traffic disappeared.

Thanks for reminding me. It is kind of weird that it suddenly dropped to zero, so I didn't put it as a regular competition. May I ask how would you do a video SEO audit? I am focusing on blog SEO, and those videos are embedded in the blogs. Normally, they just keep bringing video search traffic as a result. I know how to do on-page and off-page blog SEO but have no idea what I can do with this video search issue. Any ideas about what should I look into? Thanks in advance.

I try to search on Google and yes there are not many web pages shown on video search now. Most of them are from YouTube. Didn't pay attention to this before but if many of us are facing this steep drop, might be Google removing them.

1 go to google and search site:yoursitename.com and check if its sowing smeting fishy, casio pages, something thats you not posted in your site etc
2 go to cpanel and to the file explorer to the folder of the site, sort by date and open recent files and check if you fins anything suspicious, also check you .htaccess file.
3 if you cant do 2 install plugin wordfence and run a malware scan.

your website is killed by google, here's my stats
looks familiar? that's google killing my site, a google employee probably delisted your entire site or may be an automated algorithm flagged your site as spam
and what's worse is google wont alert you with anything, no emails sent and my manual actions tab is empty, you're better off making a new one at this point which I did and is ranking well today, I'm not so sure about how long this will last, I'm focusing on getting social media traffic rather than google
