Yoast is primarily an SEO tool (plugin).
It gives suggestions about important factors like keywords, keyword density, keyword placement, inbound and outbound links, as well as usage of active and passive voice sentences for better readability.
So in this sense we can say that it assists writing content by giving useful suggestions.

Yoast is not a writing tool, It just gives you a checklist that you need to fix/add which can help your onpage seo!

Yoast is an SEO plug in and I am using this for a long time. This is a good tools for SEO guidence when you try to write articles or contents. You can also use Rankmath SEO plugin as well. Both are good tools.

There are many tools available in market, But in my opinion You can go with yoast SEO coz it is so comfort to work with.
