Ok, it was my first venture into yahoo ppc. After working with google adwords for some time,
I decided I might try yahoo ppc as well. What a mistake.
During setting up my account, I've been told that there was a $30 non refundable account setup fee. Fine, no prob.
The thing is, after I setup everything and prepared my no.1 campaign, it wasn't 20 mins later or so when they prevented me from logging in again. "No access authorization granted". No reason sent, nothing.
Then a lil after, they charged my vcc the whole amount $100, though my campaign was paused (I was lucky I decided to use a paypal vcc with a small limited amount to test them first). Well, I tried to contact them BUT the only contact option available for advertisers is the support forum that you need to find the link for INSIDE your account, when you are logged in.
Other than that, they have a phone number listed, and based on past experience with them (they deleted my yahoo email for no reason before), their phone customer service is useless... not that their email is, but I am not ready to call form outside the US and be put on hold for over 30 mins, speaking to only robots, and get no result again.
I tried to open a new account using new info to access that support forum, and I did,,, I just want to get in touch with them to inquire about their a**holeness behaviour with my first account... but they were too quick to bann me again before I find that link.
I've googled and found many people complaining about yahoo ppc screwing them ... one even got them on the phone after hours and they told him the reason was his site was not live. He was using a direct amazon aff link. Amazon not live? Then they told him it was a mistake.... but still kept charging him and not allowing him in.
Now, those were people whom had ACTIVE campaigns running, which they can no longer control because they have been prevented from signing in! Should I consider myself lucky and move on? Why have they charged the $100, when my campaign was paused too?
Any suggestions or clear address to contact their a$$es appreciated!
