Is Yahoo Answers Down? (Not Working??)

Is it just me or is yahoo answers not working? Every single question is marked as (3 hours ago)

If you go to the home page, it will list the questions as (seconds ago)

BUT! If you click on (ALL OPEN QUESTIONS) at the bottom, the page will refresh and all questions will be marked as 3 Hours ago..

Please help, can you check it out and let me know if you see the same thing?

it is working just fine for me, maybe the issue has been resolved now
