Well Xrumer found and is using 1325 good ones on its last update less than 60 mins ago ... so you may have problems but Xrumer does not

i dont quite understand what the op is trying to say.. does he have xrumer, or is he just trying to find a proxy for something else..

he is saying that all Xrumer owners are destroying the free proxies out there. While that may be true to some extent I think it is just the fact that noobs get hold of these free proxies and spam every man and his dog till its fucked.
Whethere its Xrumer owners or not is up for debate, also doesn't change the fact free proxies are a bitch to get hold of.

I havent used xrumer but this makes a lot of sense.
Pretty much any idea or methiod gets abused way too much way too fast and ruins it for everyone.
