I used to use it many years ago. But it's been a long time since I've used it. Who has recently used, this is still effective?

never used xrumer but im familiar with the name. went on youtube just out of curiosity how it works. people are still uploading videos and lots of recent engagement. it does what it's marketed as. but are those kinds of links any good? idk. Surely not tier 1 or 2. looks like lot of junky links generated.
 
Out-of-the-box it's main use would be for low indexing tiers of links. If you can learn to train it then you can target other platforms that others might not be using, and might be more useful to you.
 
For XRumer need a good base, which is difficult to collect, all you can already spamili or do your own mods for non-standard engines. Or just use xevil for solving captchas.
 
I bought it for Xevil but now you can buy Xevil as a standalone

XRumer, GSA SER, SEnuke (late), MagicSubmitter (late) and many other tools has greater impact on SEO. But now they almost have a very low or zero impact in ranking factors.

Incorrect, you just don't know how to use them for each of their own unique perks.
