Is XRumer still a must have tool for anyone doing SEO?

I don't have it yet and I can only afford to run it off my home PC at this point.

Do I need it?

BTW I have scrapeboard but don't use it very often.

Huh, why do you post this kind of questions when they can be answered only one way.
You need to try xrumer, buy some xrumer blast and see.. if there is benefit from it buy it.
I mean, no one can know do you need xrumer, no magical answer..

Because they can't be answered in only one way.

I said what I have but I'm debating something that does multiple things like SEO Link Robot vs. XRumer which only targets forums.

People talk about it all the time but I don't know if it would be useful for my site since I don't sell products and it is highly sensitive and long term with tons of original content that I cant risk getting sandboxed.
